For.El. presents its new website

The website aims at providing a more dynamic content flow and new services to our customers, and places at disposal a simple and intuitive interface based on the very latest web technologies.

The idea stems from the desire to publish two sources in a single medium: paper and digital contents, in order to provide more uniform information about our systems.

The user can for instance download the brochures of our machines in pdf format and print them on a standard A4 sheet or send them by e-mail.

The section dedicated to our products, split up according to production processes, allows accessing a short description of the selected product and other related details: photos, 360° display, streaming video and, as already said, downloading of pdf leaflet.

There is also a restricted area where our sales force can access updated and enhanced services for linking with the company.

Another strongly innovative service concerns the information which the company wishes to present to the public and trade journals: the home page of the website, in the categories “Fairs and Events”, “Technological Innovations”, “Sport and Culture” carries translated articles making up our Press Review. On request, these editorials can be published by other media.

The potential of this new platform is very strong and contents undergo regular updating. Last but not least, there is a restricted area from where customers can access a new after-sales service: For.El. Live Service, an on-board line diagnosis video that allows analysing the situation in real time or identifying the required spare parts. A strong and transparent after-sales relationship with customers has been further enhanced by adopting the very latest video streaming, file sharing and wireless connection technologies.

Another aim in fact is to create, through our website interface, an increasingly more interactive and informative bond with users so as to not only set up a static company presentation showcase but also a real meeting and discussion point for visitors.
