DuPont is the most respected energy/chemical company in the world, according to an annual lobal surveyg of business leaders conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers for the Financial Times.

DuPont was ranked ahead of Exxon/Mobil, BP, BASF, Royal Dutch/Shell, Dow Chemical and others in the energy/chemical sector. Companies were evaluated on their ability to create value for consumers and shareholders, to safeguard environmental resources and other criteria.

Last year, DuPont was ranked No. 3 on the energy/chemical sector list.
