The Fenzi Group has launched Poliver, a two-part polyurethane sealant specifically engineered for IG production, on the North American market.

This special sealant is already widely sought after in Europe and has been modified to cater to the needs of the North American glass sector.  It will be a show-stopper at GlassBuild America 2014, the major appointment with the glass industry in the US this year.

Poliver comes in 191 lt. drums and in 19 lt pails, but can be supplied in other packings upon request. It is available in a variety of versions to better suit the special needs of the operator and the equipment; it can be used on manually operated and automated production lines, and is produced in different viscosities and with different curing times. It is solvent free and suitable for the production of either double or triple sealed IG units.

Poliver is part of the complete range of IG components offered by the Fenzi Group, which also includes Hotver 2000 (one component hot-melt sealant), Thiover (two-part polysulphide sealant), Molver (molecular sieve desiccant), Butylver (first-barrier PIB sealant), and the range of warm edge spacer profiles by Alu-Pro and Rolltech.

Fenzi will be represented at GlassBuild America by its local branch Fenzi North America: Booth #3155
