Fangda Group Wins 240M Yuan Contracts

China Fangda Group (000055) won 240 million yuan in contracts through it wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Fangda Decoration Engineering, accounting for 20.66 percent of its 2010 revenue, reports China Business News, citing a group filing.

The contracts include curtain wall engineering of terminal three for Shenzhen Airport, the exterior decoration for Zhangjiakou Urban Investment Commercial Center, and curtain wall engineering of Green Town-Ci Garden development for Cixi Greentown Real Estate Development.



Fangda Decoration designs, produces and installs building curtain walls, doors and windows, interior and exterior decorative products and furniture.



The Shenzhen-based company also filed on the same day that Fangda Decoration was sued by Mr. Wang Weihong over an engineering payment of 17.07 million yuan and related interest. The source did not reveal the details of the case, which has not yet been taken up in court.
