This is the first time the district of Reinickendorf in Berlin has initiated such an award. The organizers, the departments Youth and Family Welfare and Business and Construction, were looking for a company wholeheartedly committed to a policy of compatibility in work and family life, an important issue particularly in these uncertain times. The conditions clearly stated that child care was not the sole criteria. Three companies including FABA were awarded the title which comes with a prize of 2000 Euros on 5. Nov. 2009
