The exhibition "MIR STEKLA 2014" held in "Expocentre" 4-6 June 2014, an international forum "Glass and modern technology-XXI».

The objectives of this key business program of the exhibition "MIR STEKLA 2014" included coverage of the current state and prospects of development of the glass industry, science and jumpstart business development of international cooperation.  

The program of the forum, roundtable "Main trends in production and consumption of counterfeit products in the glass industry," and the international scientific-practical conference "Problems of quality raw materials for glass industry enterprises."

Forum was a great success among the exhibitors and visitors.

The round table was attended by more than 30 speakers and topics discussed, affecting all aspects and areas of the modern glass industry, in particular, the problem of counterfeit products and methods to combat and overcome this problem both at the state and corporate level.

Also discussed topical issues of quality raw materials for glass industry enterprises: mineral resources, flow control and processing of secondary raw materials, quality control of raw materials and more.

Participants of the forum confirmed that these measures are necessary to determine the position and tasks, as well as find their solution and, as a result of negotiations, the decision on the next steps towards this goal, development and strengthen the position of the players and the industry in general.
