Cerinnov Inc. is a brand new US based company that is registered for business operations in Colorado. Cerinnov Inc. will be located in the Denver area. Cerinnov Inc. will serve the North American, Mexican and Australian markets.

The activity will consist of the engineering, manufacturing as well as servicing of the entire product line offered by the Cerinnov Group, i.e. decorating equipment, laser equipment, forming equipment, drying and firing equipment as well as complete plant projects for the glass and ceramic industry. In other words, the complete Cerinnov and Wistra activities will be duplicated in Denver to better serve our existing and new customers.

Vincent Stempfer and Simon Vitrolles will be running Cerinnov Inc. with the help of the team they are currently building. Vincent is a ceramic engineer with about 20 years of experience in the ceramic industry worldwide. He is living in Denver for over 12 years and is joining the Cerinnov Group. Simon is working with Cerinnov for 7 years and was running the UK operations.

Cerinnov Inc. will be fully operating by the end of the year. So please, stay tuned for more exciting news.
