Representing 32 countries, Cefla Live guests were able to participate in different kind of demonstrations live on all the Cefla machines and technologies of the LAB.More than 30 suppliers (lacquer, guns, pump and abrasives suppliers) have attended this important event and had the opportunity to test their products on Cefla Finishing machines. This new and innovative form of cooperation between Cefla and its different partners makes Cefla Live a unique event on its own.
"The growth in attendance helps confirm that we are continuing to offer our customers technologically innovative solutions that meet their needs today, and provide them with ideas that open new markets for their business,” said Alberto Maestri, Sales Director Cefla Finishing Group.
Guests were also able to see:
Two new additions to the broadest range of programmable, articulating spray machines in the industry; the iGiottoApp and Mito K. These join the market-proven products, Easy, Prima, iBotic and iGiotto.
iGiottoApp by Cefla Finishing is precision spray system for 3D objects and panels. With programmability built from 3D scans or CAD/CAM files, iGiottoApp is able to maximize output using either water-based or solvent-based coatings while minimizing waste and environmental impact.
Mito K by Cefla Finishing is a new oscillating machine, available with one or two spray arms. With its exceptional flexibility, economy of application, and coatings recovery capabilities, it is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses.
Cefla’s advances in digital printing now include collaboration with Cruse, manufacturers of 3D scanners. This enhances the capabilities of Cefla’s Pixart digital printing systems to provide photo-realistic results in more than two dimensions.
Interest in Inert Coating Technology, presented by Sorbini, also continued to build among those looking to retrofit existing lines or make new investments in innovative technologies. The system achieves top-quality panel preparation while drastically reducing operating costs. Visitors were able to see firsthand the quality of the surface, the perfect adhesion and the leveling properties, and gain a better understanding of the economic benefits of the process.
Finally, Cefla has developed Fusion Coating Technology, in partnership with Henkel, a leading manufacturer of adhesives and equipment, to create a UV-based hot-melt coating for all types of subsequent surface application.
Visitors also saw finishing of window profiles, the iGiotto by Falcioni system incorporating an interchangeable parts trolley, and two systems for finishing profiles, the Performa by Delle Vedove spray machine and the Talent by Delle Vedove vacuum coater.
Cefla wishes to thank all our guests and personnel for the great success of Cefla Live.
