Glazier mergerMarlborough glazier business Norm Fowke Glass Ltd has merged with the Blenheim branch of the trans-Tasman company Viridian Glass.

Director Garry Boyd said the decision to combine the two companies was to improve operations in Blenheim.Norm Fowke Glass are still trading from their shop on Grove Rd, and will not be undergoing a name change.No jobs were lost during the merger, he said.Turnaround recognisedGordon Handy Machinery has been named CRT Card Partner of the Year in recognition of its success and continued growth and development.The South Canterbury farm machinery business is a family company, established in 1978 and has six stores around the South Island, including Blenheim.
