Basco buys glass company in Hamilton

Basco Manufacturing Co., the Mason-based shower enclosure maker, recently acquired Addis Glass Fabricating, Inc., a wholesale glass fabricator in Hamilton.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.



Addis, which will operate as a wholly-owned subsidary of Basco Glass, expands Basco's glass fabrication , increases efficiency and will permit product innovation, the company said.



George Rohde, Basco president and CEO, said, "With Addis Glass in our portfolio, we are better equipped to provide our customers with all of their shower enclosure needs."
