Forbes reported that ASC Inc. is making progress in the wind-down of its Lansing, Mich., assembly plant, having received court approval to sell one of its few remaining assets: used equipment from the plant.The order from Judge Thomas J.

Tucker of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Detroit comes just days before the company may receive a $3 million loan to keep the plant running through July. The automobile sunroof maker said it needed a few more weeks to complete production orders for customers.
