The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq:APOG) announced it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0675 per share, payable February 28, 2007 to shareholders of record February 13, 2007.

The company has approximately 28.4 million shares outstanding.

-- Automotive replacement glass and services segment consists of a fabricator of aftermarket foreign and domestic car windshields.
