The winners of the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards were announced on the 1st November 2012.

At a high profile awards dinner at The Queens Hotel Leeds, Allied Glass was named winner of the highly competitive Business with a Turnover of over £50 million category, which was sponsored by DLA Piper.Alan Henderson, Managing Director of Allied Glass, said:"I think it's fantastic for the company and it's fantastic for manufacturing as a whole.We're a business that's worked hard to grow by seeking opportunities with global brands.
