The company has a number of offices in Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.Around 300 jobs are under threat after Scotland's leading window manufacturer called in the administrators.

Some staff at AC Yule have already been told they have lost their jobs after administrators KPMG were appointed on Monday.



The company, which has been hit with financial difficulties, was started in 1946 supplying glass, architectural aluminium and PVC throughout Scotland and north England.

AC Yule has bases in Aberdeen, Elgin, Livingston, Forfar, Glasgow and Boldon, near Sunderland.
