When the glass tempered,it will have a weakness, it's easy spontaneous breakage when bump the edge, and the advantage is it's safety . so just relax about tempered glass.but our foreign clients every cared about the breakage. the tempering process have some defect, becouse is not normal if this occure continiuslly. In case the transporting is made on good maners.
Is case the problem is the tempering and not the transporting maners, most have some problems with the shiller.
Shiller is not calibrated and the tempering is not completed.
So check you tempering process but first how is handled the glass afther the tempering precess.
