Do any one knows the cost of the self cleaning glass? What is the cost different between the self cleaning glass and the normal float glass?
Upon installation how much would it helps to reduce the cost of glass cleaning and maintainances?

Yes, this is true. If you calculate the glass as raw material and glass instaled final application the overal % of price is different. This is manly because in the final application such as window the glass cost is not the only one. Here is also the frame, etc.
However if you purchase a regular IG glass and IG with selfclening properties the different in price is around 20%.

When we talk about prices they are always a lot of factor to consider. Manufacturer price, quantity of purchase, possible discounts, suppliers margins, etc. All of this factors contribute to the final price. Of course is also important to specify whater the glass in purchased as raw material or as a final products (windows). If you purchase glass a a raw material the self cleaning glass cost up to 120% more than a conventional (float) glass.
Also when you talking about the cost reduction due to non glass cleaning it is important to say that it also depends on the size of the application. If you install only one window the reduced cost of cleaning the windows are minimum, but in case of large facade application the savings would be much greater.
