New to flat glass business, Can anyone tell me how pricing is done for mirror's, plate glass (table tops ect.) How do you estimate the cost for the glass mirror, labor, trip charge ect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to add up your materials and labour costs. After this you can add your profit margin on. Or you can look at competitor prices.
