Low-E glass for sloped window application?

Hi,

my home has an atrium space that has glass on about a 45 degree angle. It all needs replacing. Is low E glass a good idea for this given the sloped nature of the windows? The latitude here is 35 degrees, if that helps.

low e glass is probably used as the inner glass of a double glazed unit with coating facing the gap - that is facing out.The 45 angle should not hinder the application
