Sales Manager, Southeast Asia | Glaston

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Manager to strengthen Glaston´s APAC sales team. In this role, you will take a key position in driving sales growth in Southeast Asia. Your primary responsibilities include growing the sales turnover both in New Machines and in Upgrades. It´s your role to ensure that we consistently deliver exceptional value to our customer. This is what your role is about:

- Generating new orders for Glaston New Machines and Upgrades.
- Evaluating market potential and finding new opportunities in the area.
- Leading and supporting partner network in the area.
- Building effective relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your preferred skills and competencies:

- Ability to understand customer requirements and to bring value to customers.
- 3-5 years of experience of technical sales and good experience on sales tools and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and the languages required in the area.
- Willingness to travel extensively (+100 days) in the area.
