CUTTING MODULE Automatic table for straight cutting of laminated glass equipped with:
• electrowelded iron structure
• air cushion for moving the sheet,
• mechanical system for detachment
• CN with display and digital Brushless motors
• Cutting pressures managed automatically
• Quartz heat irradiator with fast HP frequency for opening the PVB
• Blade system for cutting PVB up to 4.56 mm
• Laser tracer used as a pointer for the correct positioning of the glass sheets when making oblique and transversal cuts
Fully automatic PVB engraving, breakout and separation system, carried out without
any movement of the sheet.
Table designed for engraving monolithic glass sheets with Thicknesses from 3 to 15 mm.
Useful cut: 3700 mm.
Max. cutting speed: 80 m/min.
Glass thickness: from 3+3 to 8+8 mm.
PVB thickness: from 0.38 to 4.56 mm.
