Siegenia Aluminium Series Supplied by Carl F Groupco

Date: 30 July 2014

Latest hardware to be added to Carl F Groupco’s range is manufactured by Siegenia and designed specifically for aluminium windows.

With features to ease fabrication and installation of tilt & turn windows, and advancements that simplify component selection, the ALU 4200 and ALU axxent product lines are designed to have strong appeal to the window industry.Siegenia’s hardware advancement addresses the fact that traditional solutions for this market have often required a complicated buying and fitting process. Initiatives for the ALU series include non-handed and pre-assembled components to enhance installation and stock control. Other key features include clampable hinge-side frame components. Vertical and horizontal locks are identical, which reduces stock holding as the components are interchangeable. Three pieced hinge ends are flush, and inline with the sash profile to enhance aesthetics.

Using push rod technology designed for the profile, the system can be fitted to different size windows without increasing stock holding. The product has a maximum weight of 130kg and is available with an extensive range of accessories. The ALU axxent is a concealed version of the hardware.
